High above Valletta, on the rooftop of Iniala’s Solis wing, Anaalā brings the flavours, aromas and spirit of Thailand to Malta, with sweeping views of the Valletta skyline, the Three Cities and the Grand Harbour as your backdrop.
Created by renowned Thai chef Ian Kittichai, Anaalā takes you on a playful journey through four diverse regions of Thailand. But there’s a twist: the menu never stays the same. Think of it as a merry-go-round of Thai flavours, with a different regional journey unfolding each evening - from the vibrant north to the fragrant south, and everywhere in between.

One Menu-Go-Round.
At Anaalā, the menu-go-round keeps turning. Each evening takes you somewhere new, Central Thailand one night, then North, Northeast or South the next, each revealing its own distinctive flavours, ingredients and traditions. Dishes arrive to be shared, discovered and
enjoyed together. Then, the next evening, the merry-go-round turns again.

North -Lanna
Up north, things get fragrant, smoky and comforting. Think sticky rice, fresh herbs, slow cooked dishes and charcoal-grilled flavours, all inspired by the ancient Lanna Kingdom.
